We were taught that conflict is the end of any relationship because anyone who doesn’t buy our idea is an enemy.

And that is why ignorance is one of the highest thing that can befall a man.

You should understand that conflict is a sign that you are a human and have the mind to think,

am not saying our regular type of conflict where disagreement of point of view equals fight, malice, generational or inherited enemies.

Two people can have a conflict but still be friends and partners.

You have this view concerning this subject and | have different view too based on my own perspective

or view of the world doesn’t have to make us avoid each other and throw friendship that would have birth reformation because of our ego to the pit.

Your work is to submit your view with proves and reasons and allow others to choose who or what to believe, mehnn….life goes on.

That why you dont have to over look this thing called Emotional intelligence.

For relationship management…

For mental health and management…

For business management….

For career, talent or gift management… You need Emotional intelligence, we all do.

Stop holding unto what supposed to be laughed over So

Don’t go about having inherited enemies who ought to refer you to your biggest contract.

Don’t mistake confidence with pride or ego 

It’s okay to disagree (conflict) but it is not okay at all to make mountain out of it.

have heard many mentors i look up to say something like this and I am always left in bewilderment,

They say “Mr A or B is my very good friend and partner, we got each other’s back but there is an idea he/she has about this concept which I don’t agree with and he knows and till  understand him or him understands me, we will keep loving and cherishing what we have”.

But we, smail disagreement or argument, we are already vibrating and looking for who to lock up in our heart for years.

Emotional intelligence in conflict and conflict management is a very vital skill everyone needs.

This mindset is what has made us to make protest and fighting the recipe for conflict resolution.

Broken homes everywhere… Broken friendship and relationship everywhere…

What has many routes to conquer requires you sit and draft out the best of it based on the issue at hand and the people involved.

Sometimes you need to compromise, Collaborate,

Avoid and

Accommodate.

A Life To Find Success Is Not Pleasure

You vision should go beyond men

You can enjoy and yet but a future, not reckless

You do Nothing!!
You Harvest Nothing!!
You can seat at a spot as well.
But
Note: Everything should be work and build towards the future.

Fight against threats At Cs, we enjoy what we do and work hard when we are in the “work zone.” When we aren’t in that space, we are spending quality time with the people we love. & We also genuinely care about our Sisters. Keep Awake

Women need to talk more about wealth creation journey and wealthmanagementservices There is a knowledge and experience gap that i see widening amongst my peers, especially those who dont come from families where wealth was dinner table conversation. It also seems like men have way more open conversations and discussions about RIP to the very nature of poverty
